The Epic Ridge (A to I)
The Epic Ridge spans 3.5 acres and features 9 blocks of apartments (A to I) with a host of masterfully designed studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
The apartments measure 16.5 (studio), 33 (1BR) and 56 square metres (2BR) respectively.
Blocks A to H have been fully sold out and occupied. Block I which consists of 10 studios and 50 one-bedroom apartments broke ground in Novemeber 2022 with a price of Ksh. 1.5m for studios and Ksh. 3m for one-bedroom.
