Once a customer commits to deposit of 40% of the purchase price an offer letter is shared and the advocates immediately start preparation of the sale agreement, after completion of the payments a lease is prepared for the said unit.
3. Who manages the units?
Management is done by the vendor company at a service charge of 10% of the rental income.
4. When can I break even on my investment?
Estimate return on investment for our projects is 9 years from the purchase date.
The customer is required to book a unit with a deposit of 30% of the purchase price and the balance 70% to be paid within six (6) months of equal monthly installments after execution of sale agreement
The service charges are inclusive of:
Garbage at a flat rate of 200 shillings per unit
Security (Included in rent)
Lighting and cleaning for common areas (Included in rent)
Water (Bill shared by 28th every month)
Power (Every unit has its prepaid meter)
