The Epic Properties Ltd. was incorporated in the year 2015 in Nairobi, Kenya primarily for the purpose of investing, brokering and management of residential and income properties.
At our founding, the directors had a vision to fill the void of low-cost housing prevalent in Nairobi and its environs. Judging by our sales and occupancy, the market has proven us right time and again.
Demand for middle-market housing is forecasted to continue growing, and we're excited to be at the forefront of this trend. At The Epic Properties Ltd., we're changing the game by delivering exceptional living experiences for the previously underserved middle-market, and we're just getting started.
